At the end of last October, John Forrey, Founder of JHF Capital, attended the National Alliance of Commercial Loan Brokers (NACLB) in Las Vegas, NV. Every year, NACLB brings together commercial lenders and brokers to celebrate successes, help everyone overcome obstacles, and learn about new things on the horizon to further assist business owners and commercial real estate investors.
During the NACLB conference, John Forrey was recognized and presented with the Rookie of the Year Award for his perseverance in networking, reaching out to, and successfully funding transactions during the pandemic, and his continued efforts to help entrepreneurs.
Just prior to NACLB, John was a guest on the Entrepreneurs in Finance podcast with Kris Roglieri, the Founder of the National Alliance of Commercial Loan Brokers. They discussed the challenges, successes, and advantages of helping businesses in the COVID and post-pandemic landscapes.
